Florida-based FG Financial Group (FGF), through its reinsurance subsidiary FG Reinsurance, has created a reinsurance sidecar called FG Re Investors I to provide collateralized capacity to support its reinsurance portfolio.

The new reinsurance sidecar intends to raise third-party investor capital to fund its business activities. Castle Placement has been engaged by FG Re Investors I as the exclusive placement agent for the capital raise.
