Aspen has appointed former Hiscox Re & ILS COO Chris Lee as COO of Aspen Capital Markets.

The hire follows Sal Tucci’s departure from Aspen Capital Partners after more than a decade. He has since founded Jireh Risk Advisors, a Bermuda-based ILS consultancy.
