RenRe Capital Partners fees to rise by 40% per quarter: O’Donnell

RenaissanceRe CEO Kevin O’Donnell said that the firm expects management fee income from its Capital Partners business to rise by 40% from $25mn a quarter to $35mn, after raising fresh capital.

The reinsurer set up a new casualty vehicle last year and grew its DaVinci sidecar and other vehicles, although this was partly offset by redemptions at its Upsilon vehicle.
