RenRe’s life ILS venture Langhorne Re to be wound down

RenaissanceRe disclosed that it is taking steps to have its Langhorne Re life joint venture wound down after capital commitments to the vehicle expired at the end of 2022.

In its annual report, the carrier said that it expected its ownership in Langhorne Partners to remain stable until the wind-down concluded.
