Legacy provider RiverStone International has secured $305mn of multi-year excess of loss corporate member reinsurance cover with lead finance provided by JP Morgan.

The $305mn reinsurance layer is written by the newly created Aon White Rock cell company Xenon IC Limited, with financing led by JP Morgan.
