Florida Citizens launches personal lines cat bond Lightning Re

Florida Citizens has launched new cat bond Lightning Re and is seeking $200mn of Class A named storm coverage.

The bond has a guide price of 11.5%-12.5%, giving a mid-point multiplier of 5.8x on the sensitivity case expected loss at 2.07%.
