Non-cat ILS platform Vesttoo has completed a $120mn+ quota share renewal with a Lloyd’s syndicate.

Howden Tiger worked on the structure of the deal, but Vesttoo did not name the Lloyd’s syndicate.

The deal provides coverage for a portfolio of long-tail North American treaty reinsurance.
