Vermont Mutual updates pricing guidance for Baldwin Re cat bond

Vermont Mutual has updated the pricing guidance for its $100mn Baldwin Re cat bond.

The reinsurer is now offering $100mn Class A notes at 450 basis points (bps), equating to a multiplier of 3.7x
