R&Q has reported that its legacy division ceded $396mn of reserves to sidecar Gibson Re as of 31 December 2022, and earned fee income of $12.1mn during the year.

The firm's reserves under management include insurance reserves ceded to Gibson Re, as well as non-insurance liabilities on which R&Q earns fees.
