Vesttoo said it has brought in third-party experts for an audit after discovering “inconsistencies” in the modelling of its transactions.

The firm added that several members of its leadership team had departed.

The statement followed allegations in an Israeli media article that billions of dollars of collateral presented by Vesttoo investors was missing or fraudulent.
