TWIA to freeze residential and commercial policy rates for 2024

The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (TWIA) has voted against increasing its residential and commercial policy rates for next year.

TWIA said it will file a 0% rate change for its annual required rate filing with the Texas Department of Insurance by the 15 August deadline.
