Aon’s ILS transformer platform White Rock is pursuing beleaguered InsurTech Vesttoo for reparations of $136.7mn to replace allegedly fraudulent letters of credit (LoCs), court documents reveal.

The move comes after White Rock secured a court order last week preventing Vesttoo from moving assets out of its bank accounts before any of the forthcoming arbitrations between the firm and its clients.
