Vesttoo has opposed White Rock’s petition in the New York Southern District Court to have Vesttoo’s assets frozen, arguing that the Aon transformer had “not met its high burden of showing that it would suffer irreparable harm absent the injunction”.

White Rock won a temporary order late last week, preventing Vesttoo from moving assets from its bank accounts, or moving funds held in accounts with Truist Bank, ahead of a hearing in the NY court today, at which respondents...
