Vesttoo hits back at BMA/White Rock move to appoint liquidators

A declaration filed at the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware – in the case of Vesttoo Ltd., et al., by Appleby Bermuda partner John Wasty – has set out legal arguments in support of a motion for an order that would enforce an automatic stay against White Rock and the putative joint provisional liquidators of Vesttoo’s segregated accounts.
