Howden Tiger has appointed Tim Radford as an executive director in the Capital Solutions Team.

In his new role, he will be reporting to Vijay Mavani, managing director, Capital Solutions.

Radford joins after spending over two years at Aon as a broker within the Capital Advisory team.
