Vesttoo has filed a report in its Chapter 11 case that details allegations of elaborate fraud involving multiple individuals across several organisations, in the letters of credit (LOC) scandal that has engulfed the company.

The firm alleges that former CEO Yaniv Bertele and former chief financial engineer Alon Lifshitz, as well as other named individuals from inside and outside the organisation, conspired to perpetuate LOC fraud.
