Artex acquires Bermudian management firm Frontier Financial Services

Artex Capital Solutions, a division of ILS services firm Artex Risk Solutions, has acquired Bermuda-based management firm Frontier Financial Services, which specialises in consulting, recruitment, business services and immigration services, predominantly to reinsurance clients in Bermuda.

Frontier’s employees, including director and co-founder Peter Brodsky and CEO Derek Winch, will remain in their current roles.

However, Frontier’s clients and employees will have access to Artex’s broader resources, including structure design, licensing, and concept development.
