Hudson Structured Capital Management (HSCM) has named Jeff Sangster as COO and head of strategy, effective 1 October, and appointed Bernard Opoku as managing director and CFO.

In his new role, Sangster will oversee all non-investment functions, which include finance, HR, legal, compliance and corporate operations.
