Schroders Capital’s global head of ILS Stephan Ruoff will co-head the asset manager’s global debt and credit business, while retaining his existing duties.

Ruoff will lead the arm from the US alongside Michelle Russell-Dowe, global head of securitised product and asset-based finance, and will report to Georg Wunderlin, global head of private assets.
