The Texas Windstorm Insurance Association (Twia) said it expects reinsurance costs to continue to rise amid increased exposure and the ongoing hard reinsurance market at a meeting of the Twia's board members.

The Texas state carrier’s draft 2024 budget for the board’s consideration had increased net operating expenses to $40.2mn, as compared to $35.2mn
