Books for Axis Capital’s $75mn cyber cat bond are set to close today, with pricing for the instrument adjusted from 10% guidance to 9.5%-10%, this publication can reveal.

The carrier launched initial pricing for the bond in October, in what will be the first cat bond in 144A format designed to cover cyber risk.
