Argenta Private Capital Limited (APCL) has joined forces with Helios Underwriting to launch a venture that aims to enable investors to access the Lloyd’s market.

The venture will be structured as a Members’ Agents’ Pooling Arrangement (MAPA) and managed by a members’ agent on behalf of investors that underwrite a portion of the capacity that is contained within it.
