Beazley has priced its debut nat cat bond Fuchsia 2023-1 at 1000 basis points (bps) as it secured the targeted limit of $100mn, this publication understands.

The Class A notes have been priced at the top end of the initial 900-1000bps spread guidance, giving a multiplier of 3.8x
