DeNexus, a cyber-risk quantification and management firm, has hired George Mawdsley as head of risk solutions as it expands its (re)insurance and ILS expertise.

Reporting to founder and CEO Jose Seara, Mawdsley will be tasked with developing the next generation of risk-transfer solutions for the cyber insurance and ILS markets.
