Martina Müller-Kamp will sit on the board of Twelve Capital’s holding company, while Caroline Clemetson and Andreas Knörzer join the board of Twelve Capita’s investment manager.

The appointments to the board begin with immediate effect.

Prior to his new role, Mark Twite served as global head of reinsurance finance at Axa XL.

Jason Bolding adds to the growing team recently joined by Alexandre Delacroix and Keshav Gupta.

The incoming CUO joins from InsurTech MGA Kettle, where he was also CUO.
